Soft Chocolate Pudding


 4 pack white gelatinous
 1 can sweetened condensed milk chocolate
 45 g cocoa powder
 350 grams sugar / taste to taste
 a pinch of salt
 Mix sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, sugar and salt (not over thefire)

Mandarin Pudding

For yellow coating:  
• 1 kg of the drained mandarin oranges  
• 1 Wrap agar-agar powder yellow  
• 400 ml of liquid milk  
• 150 grams granulated sugar

• 1 teaspoon orange essence 

For chocolate layer: 
• 2 packets of gelatin powder brown 
• 1250 ml of liquid milk
• 200 grams granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, which was dissolved with 50 ml of hot water, then strain.  
• 1 teaspoon brown paste 

How to Make it: 

• Prepare a first pan moistened with boiled water. Mandarin oranges and arrange on bottom of the pan.
• For yellow layer: yellow gelatin mixed with fresh milk, and sugar. Cook, stirring slowly on to boil. Then lift, pour in beaten egg whites, stirring until well blended.  
• Place the pan containing mandarin orange in the other container contains a chunk of ice cubes (to speed up the process of freezing the pudding). Pour gelatin into the pan a little yellow containing mandarin orange. After the time has begun to freeze, just pour the rest. Allow to cool.

How to Make it:
Soak bread in milk, set aside.
Mix the eggs and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Grease a baking pan with margarine, pour the bread that has been soaked in liquid milk, smooth.
Sprinkle top with beaten eggs mixed with melted margarine and cinnamon powder.
Sprinkle raisins, chopped peanuts, and jackfruit.
Grill until cooked and golden browned.
Mix the red gelatin, sugar, and water. Cook until boiling, pour over bread pudding.
Allow to cool, put into the refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator, cut into pieces and serve.

Avocado Pudding

Avocado 2 pieces
Agar-agar powder 1 packet
12 tablespoons white sugar
Sweetened condensed milk 1 / 2 cans
vanilla powder (teaspoon tip)
Salt to taste
Water 2 cups
Fruit lechy 1 can

How to Make it:
The dough is mixed all into one, namely, avocado-paste, gelatin powder, condensed milk, white sugar, vanilla, salt and water.
Cook on a small fire, then stirring constantly, for equitable, especially for its white sugar is melted and well blended.
Continue to boil, pour onto the mold and wait until a bit frozen and not too hot, waiting to enter the refrigerator cold.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Jelly powder white 2 pack

Ingredients for Sauce:

How to Make it:

Sprinkles Chocolate Pudding

• 1 packet gelatin brown
• 600 ml of liquid milk
• 125 grams granulated sugar  
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, dissolved in 100 ml hot water
• 2 eggs egg whites, beaten stiff
• 2 egg yolks + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, shake gently  
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
• 100 grams of raisins, soaked in rhum tablespoon
• 100 grams of chocolate brown granules or keeping 

Chocolate Sauce:

• 500 ml of liquid milk
• 150 grams of chocolate blocks, cut into pieces 

How to Make it:

How to Make It :
All materials supplied unless telru mixed earlier and mix evenly.
Then the egg is inserted into the mixture which has been mixed and stir until the egg mixture back into one with all the ingredients.
Pour all ingredients into a pot which had been heated over a fire, cook until boiling.
If it is boiling, pour the gelatin into the mold according to taste. Refrigerate for faster insert into the fridge.

Cheese Cake

• margarine 300 gr (add butter 1sdm)  

• 200 g caster sugar
• egg yolks 7 items
• egg whites 5 eggs, beaten stiff  
• 250 grams wheat flour 
• double-acting baking powder 1 tsp 

• cedar grated cheese 200gr 


• Beat margarine, buter, sugar until pale
• enter the whipped egg yolks until pale, then enter 150gr grated cheese evenly shake
